You didn't start this to answer emails at 9pm.
You started it because you were good at something. You could walk into a mechanical room, look at a mess somebody else made, and see it. You could fix what the other guy couldn't.
That was the point.
And then the company ate you. Now you don't fix anything you chase invoices, settle arguments, and put out fires you didn't start. The thing you were good at is the first thing the business took away from you.
That's what we mean by Wealth. Not the number in the account. The room to think. The Saturday that's actually yours. The freedom to build something instead of just servicing something.
Here's what we've watched happen, over and over:
A company that runs right makes money. A company that makes money doesn't necessarily run right.
Plenty of people in the trades are pulling good numbers and are still trapped. Still working sixty hours. Still the only one who knows why anything works. Still lying awake in February wondering where March is coming from.
They have the money. They don't have the Wealth.
The receipt is not the meal.
What we won't do: sell you leads you don't need · bill you hourly · be your agency · tell you what you want to hear.
