Wealthy Palette CMO respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with WealthyPalette.com, the Authority Diagnostic, and our services, what we do with it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

Who We Are Wealthy Palette
is a fractional CMO firm serving founder-led businesses generating $1.5M–$10M in revenue.
We operate primarily online and serve clients across the United States.
For the purposes of data protection law, Wealthy Palette Media is the data controller, the entity responsible for how your information is collected and used. What Information We Collect We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our site.
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact information - name, company name, website URL, email address, and phone number, collected through forms, the Authority Diagnostic, scheduling tools, or direct contact.
- Authority Diagnostic responses - your 1–5 ratings across the 18 assessment questions, the business segment you identify (service firm or trades), and any context notes you choose to provide.
- Engagement information - if you become a client, information you share during strategy sessions, project work, and ongoing engagements.
- Communications - emails, calls, and messages you exchange with us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Website usage data, IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on the site, collected through standard server logs and analytics tools such as [Google Analytics or your analytics provider].
- Cookies and similar technologies, small text files placed on your device to support site functionality and measure performance. See "Cookies and Tracking" below.
How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To deliver the Authority Diagnostic and your results. Your responses produce a personalized Authority Intelligence Report and a recommended next step.
- To follow up about your results through calls, emails, and SMS strategy updates to the phone number you provided.
- To recommend the right Wealthy Palette engagement based on your assessment.
- To provide and improve services if you become a client.
- For ongoing partnership analysis, we keep your diagnostic responses on file so we can track your authority position over time and reference them in follow-up engagements.
- To improve our diagnostics and methodology, your responses, in aggregate and de-identified form, help us refine the scoring rubric and tier definitions.
- To comply with legal obligations including tax, accounting, and law enforcement requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising targeting outside of our own services.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only with parties necessary to deliver our services, comply with the law, or operate our business.
Service Providers
- Google LLC - we use Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Apps Script) to store and manage diagnostic responses, internal documents, and client communications. Your Authority Diagnostic results are recorded in a Google Sheet we control.
- OpenAI, LLC - when you interact with the Authority Diagnostic through the ChatGPT interface, your responses are processed by OpenAI's models. OpenAI's privacy practices apply in addition to ours.
- Anthropic PBC-when you interact with the Authority Diagnostic through Claude or Cowork, Anthropic processes the data per their privacy terms.
- -Your email marketing provider, if applicable- e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo - for sending newsletters or marketing communications you've opted into.
- -Your CRM, if applicable - e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive] - for organizing client and prospect relationships.
These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Other Disclosures
- Legal compliance; we may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- Business transfer; if Wealthy Palette Media is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your information may be part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in control.
How We Store and Protect Your Information Your information is stored in Google Workspace, which uses industry-standard security including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We limit internal access to staff and contractors who need it to deliver services.
No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do, however, take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information.
How Long We Keep Your Information
- Authority Diagnostic responses, we keep these indefinitely so we can track your authority position over time and reference them in ongoing partnership work.
- Client engagement records, we keep these for as long as needed to deliver services, plus up to seven years afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
- Marketing contact information, we keep this until you opt out, then remove it within 30 days unless we have a legal basis to retain it.
You can request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Your Rights You have the following rights over your personal information:
- Right to access - request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Right to correction - ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to deletion - ask us to delete your information. We may retain limited records if required for legal compliance.
- Right to opt out of marketing - unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing message, or contact us directly.
- Right to data portability - request your information in a portable, machine-readable format.

Additional Rights by Region
- California residents - the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights, including the right to know what categories of information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
- European Union / United Kingdom residents - under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

- We honor Do Not Track signals where required by law.
- Children's Privacy WealthyPalette.com and the Authority Diagnostic are intended for business owners and decision-makers. We do not
knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.
- Third-Party Links - Our site and the Authority Diagnostic may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Privacy Policy
does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies separately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through a notice on our website and, where appropriate, by email. The Effective Date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
